Residential Care Coordinator

About the RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in various settings, including residential homes and community-based programs. Your duties will include:
- Implementing Individual Prescriptive Plans (IPPs) and Behavior Support Plans.
- Providing daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress, including behavior tracking and medication administration.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Prior experience working with developmentally disabled populations is preferred.
