As a key member of the Meijer team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to our employees, contractors, and vendors. The IT Service Center is a 24/7/365 operation, and as a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach IT Service Center analysts on department processes and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for the IT Service Center in the absence of leadership.
  • Ensure issues reported by end-users are handled according to process, providing guidance to IT Service Center analysts as needed.
  • Take ownership of handling high-priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and react to call volumes based on forecasted staffing needs and skills.
  • Assist with projects and reporting that enhance the quality and efficiency of the IT Service Center.
