Electrical Assembler Specialist

Aspen Aerials, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading electrical schematics and diagrams to wire 12-volt DC safety, control, and auxiliary systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Make connections in electrical switches with various wires, electrical cables, and connectors.
- Install and connect appropriate wiring to components in the platform.
- Install and connect appropriate wiring for all lighting systems, including strobe lights, boom lights, basket lighting, chassis lighting, trailer lighting, camera systems, and any customer-requested lighting systems.
- Fabricate and install brackets and mounting hardware to install any of the above accessories.
- Troubleshoot, fix, and document any problems that arise from the electrical part of the installation of any component.
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with drawings, Aspen Aerials' specifications, and the specifications of the manufacturers' components.
- Complete daily timecards with accurate time, job, and task numbers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Aspen Aerials Safety Manual.
- General mechanical capability.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform functional tests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Class B driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Factory environment, working on or around trucks and occasional outside work environment. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
