Job Opportunity

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate newborn caregiver to work the night shift for a family in Renton. The ideal candidate will be able to provide attentive care for the newborn, including feedings, diaper changes, and comforting. A strict schedule will be followed to ensure consistency and routine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care for the newborn during the night shift.
  • Follow a predetermined schedule to ensure consistency and routine.
  • Clean and sterilize baby bottles and other feeding equipment.
  • Assist with sleep training around the 5-month mark as guided by the parents.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and be receptive to constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-years experience with infants (bottle feeding, diapering, nap routines)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A valid license with clean driving records and a reliable vehicle
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Background Screening
  • Drug Screening
  • Must be able to stay attentive during the entire shift.
