Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise spa operations, including programs, services, hours of operation, facilities, and staff.
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness, and wellness programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including guest amenities, linen, professional salon products, plants, decorations, and paper supplies.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, front desk, sales, and marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
What We Offer
