Role and Responsibilities
We are in search of Test Engineers to enhance our EUV System Test and Integration team. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary group responsible for testing and integrating our EUV systems for Development and Engineering.

The EUV light source comprises a complex assembly of process gases, high-power lasers, optics, electronics, mechatronics, and control systems. In this hands-on role, you will engage with all these components, developing expertise in system functionality.

Your contributions will be crucial in refining our products through rigorous testing, identifying and resolving issues, and proposing enhancements.

  • Conduct tests, integration, research and development, upgrades, and qualification of EUV systems and their components.
  • Align and maintain sensitive optics and high-power lasers.
  • Utilize advanced hardware and software to operate, diagnose, and evaluate functionality and performance.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Address challenges through troubleshooting and resource utilization.
  • Document and drive the resolution of issues to ensure product quality.
  • Enhance procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to establish a robust communication network.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Travel to customer sites as necessary to support product introduction or local site assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working Hours:
1st shift, "4334 Back-half" W-Sa / Th-Sa (alternating weekly). Shift assignments may vary based on business requirements.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Physics. 0-2 years of relevant experience. Exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong foundation in engineering, technical skills, and physics is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
The current base annual salary range for this role is $66,750-111,250. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual compensation is based on interviews and an assessment of various factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, and abilities.

ASML offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, along with participation in the company's 401k plan. Employees receive eight hours of vacation leave each month and thirteen paid holidays throughout the year.
