At Lockheed Martin Space, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence. As a Systems Integration and Test Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our GPSIII/IIIF Assembly and Test team. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of test plans, procedures, and systems to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical test engineers to develop and execute test plans, procedures, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of complex systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in test and integration, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership and technical skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with software development, including coding and database configuration management.
  • Knowledge of Python and other programming languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with process discipline and best practices in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
