Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in our sales prospecting efforts, working closely with our sales, marketing, and client success teams to spark interest in Nextpoint among potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create and prioritize target accounts within your assigned territory, focusing on high-value prospects that align with our business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy by coordinating list-building activities to ensure that prospect data is relevant, accurate, and complete.
- Proactively engage prospects through phone and email outreach, creating a great first impression and building strong relationships from the start.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Executives to fill their pipelines and develop your own sales skills.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute outbound marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and keep prospects engaged.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by keeping prospects engaged and leads moving through the sales funnel with creative, consistent follow-up communication.
- Exceed activity goals by meeting and exceeding monthly activity targets, contributing to the team's success, and staying on track with your personal targets.
- Deliver product demos and value propositions to prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of working with Nextpoint.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to learn about new industries and products.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
