Trade-In Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trade-In Event Coordinator. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup, execution, and breakdown of SidelineSwap's Trade-In events at partner retail locations.
As the face of SidelineSwap at Trade-In events, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers and partners.
In this role, you will also have the chance to learn and develop your skills in areas such as event management, customer service, account management, sales & marketing, and retail analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of Trade-In events
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Evaluate sporting goods using our value guide and trade-in technology
- Learn inventory management system to ensure proper distribution of items at events
- Photograph items to capture key details for e-commerce purposes
Requirements:
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics (team captains, project management)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred: retail experience, customer service experience, or event coordination
