As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing credit memos and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex financial models to evaluate lending opportunities and identify potential risks and rewards.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential lending opportunities, including reviewing consultant reports and preparing Q&A logs.
  • Prepare detailed credit memos and marketing materials to present to clients and lenders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and power markets to provide expert insights and recommendations.
  • Train junior team members on financial modeling and other job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and lenders.
  • Knowledge of tax equity and debt structures used in the renewable energy space.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal credit training or certification.
  • Experience working in project finance, renewable energy, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a natural ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
