About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered decision intelligence solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient systems that meet the needs of our national security, supply chain management, and digital identity customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our AI-powered decision intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory and commercially competitive standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient systems, leveraging expertise in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices, with expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, with experience working in dynamic development environments.
  • Certifications in cloud computing, security, or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
