Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse - Clinton SC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our team in Clinton SC. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct patient care staff
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and evaluations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow staff members
