Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and train janitorial staff to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Direct daily cleaning tasks and participate as needed.
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues, documenting and reporting to management or HR.
  • Review timekeeping and payroll documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect job sites regularly, identifying quality concerns and project work needed.
  • Communicate special project work needs to management.
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
  • Respond to customer concerns and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete training courses as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • High integrity required.
