Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and mechanically inclined individual to join our product development team. In this role, you will take on advanced tasks for each product, which may include concept development, identification of design options, performing design trade-offs, and down-selecting to an optimum design decision. You will also work closely with other technicians and engineers to obtain desired objectives. This position will also take part in our installations (this includes manual labor & operating heavy machinery).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative solutions for product development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Participate in installations and operate heavy machinery
- Contribute to the design and development of custom equipment
- Collaborate with engineers to improve product design and functionality
- 4+ years of technical experience
- Good understanding of small engines and/or electrical motors
