Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Countermeasures Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and implementing technical surveillance countermeasures to ensure the security of our clients' sensitive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with ICS 705, NSSAM 1-13, and other applicable regulations.
  • Perform various tests and analyze results to identify potential security threats.
  • Develop and implement research and development plans to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Write and review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in countermeasures engineering.
  • Successful completion of the TSCM Fundamentals Course at the Interagency Training Center.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Experience conducting site surveys and inspections.
