Guest Experience Lead

As a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the experience by checking in with guests, making sure they are enjoying themselves, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for working closely with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. Additionally, you will be expected to offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a humble and hospitable demeanor, a passion for helping and serving others, a desire to learn and grow, and the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the experience by checking in with guests and making sure they are enjoying themselves
* Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
* Work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
* Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features
