Job Summary: The Renal Care Team Lead position at Fresenius Medical Care North America offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and improving patient outcomes. As a team lead, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring seamless care coordination between healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering patient care services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hemodialysis or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on qualifications and location.
