Overview: Our client, a prominent agency, is seeking a Creative Director to enhance their creative initiatives.

This role requires a hybrid work schedule, necessitating onsite presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering robust cross-departmental relationships to elevate creative output and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Assisting in the formulation of structured methodologies to evaluate intricate and high-priority strategic projects with various stakeholders.
  • Overseeing a creative team comprising designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators on a project basis.
  • Identifying business challenges, clarifying the team's contributions to address client and business needs, and aligning teams accordingly.
  • Establishing and defining processes and protocols to support the creative team and the organization's creative requirements.
  • Coordinating team assignments across diverse projects and ensuring accountability for team productivity.
  • Leading a creative team to transform complex challenges into effective solutions that advance client objectives.
  • Inspiring a large creative workforce to achieve both high volume and quality of work while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
  • Managing direct reports, including conducting performance evaluations, facilitating professional growth, making compensation decisions, and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Driving the internal development and growth of the creative team.
  • Monitoring the creative team's progress on all assignments and proposals.
  • Seeking innovative practices and exemplary standards within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and developing creative teams for large-scale events and campaigns.
  • At least 6 years in a leadership role within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Over 10 years of experience managing revenue-generating projects.
  • A minimum of 12 years in a creative capacity.
