Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques.

Requirements
  • Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
