Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with ASD. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to our clients, supporting their development and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support their social, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Implement treatment and behavior plans, providing instructional support and fostering independence in clients.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with families, BCBAs, and other team members to ensure seamless support and services.
  • Collect and analyze data using tablets/computer devices to inform treatment plans and drive positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Education.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral therapy or educational setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
