Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager with new membership sales and retention efforts
  • Provide superior customer service to new and current students, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with studio cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting environment for our members
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote the studio and its services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our studio's products, programs, and pricing to effectively promote and sell our services
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and use our software system
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
Physical Requirements
  • May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time
  • May be required to reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car
  • May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
