Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Wound Ostomy RN. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with wound and ostomy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound and ostomy care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct wound and ostomy assessments, and develop and implement treatment plans to promote healing and prevent complications.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound and ostomy care, including wound dressing changes, ostomy care, and skin integrity.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Board Certified WOCN or WCC and OMS within 1 year of hire
  • 1 year experience in medical/surgical nursing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Wound and ostomy care experience
