Timekeepers Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist/Field Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and training personnel in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant data.
- Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers.
- Develop and implement filing, inventory, and database systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation and dispatch of correspondence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees in the field, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Conduct security training and briefings to ensure personnel are aware of security protocols and procedures.
- Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and services to support team operations.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and be on call for alternating weekends.
- Relevant experience is highly desirable.
Job Type/Pay:
- Full-time
- $15/hour
