Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant data.
  • Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers.
  • Develop and implement filing, inventory, and database systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation and dispatch of correspondence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees in the field, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct security training and briefings to ensure personnel are aware of security protocols and procedures.
  • Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and services to support team operations.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and be on call for alternating weekends.
  • Relevant experience is highly desirable.

Job Type/Pay:

  • Full-time
  • $15/hour
