Job Summary:

Intec Services Inc. is seeking highly motivated and physically fit individuals to fill Utility Inspector positions. As a Utility Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting joint use collections and intrusive wood pole inspections in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct joint use collections and intrusive wood pole inspections in Arizona
  • Work in and around the Phoenix Metro, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Camp Verde areas
  • Excavate around wood utility poles and apply wood preservatives
  • Use an IKE collection tool to survey power and communication lines in Arizona
  • Travel to various locations, including remote areas, to conduct inspections

Requirements:

  • Be in good physical condition to hike to utility pole locations
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
  • Be willing to travel away from home for extended periods of time

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour during training and $20.00/hour upon successful completion of training
  • Company vehicle issued after training (based on MVR)
  • Subsistence (per diem) paid by Intec when traveling
  • Health plan, 401K, cafeteria plan, paid vacations, and holidays
