We are a leading expert in Residential Services, serving properties throughout New Jersey.
As a Porter with Adamas Building Services, you will be responsible for maintaining the luxury residential communities we serve.
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 12pm-8pm
Estimated Salary: $16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the exterior of buildings through cleaning and power washing.
- Ensure trash bins are cleaned regularly.
- Clean curbside areas of buildings.
- Manage material and supply inventory.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
