About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing supervision and oversight for psychological services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee psychological services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Coordinate clinical services with residential and work training staff
  • Develop and implement cognitive-behavioral interventions within the context of a treatment team process
  • Provide clinical supervision to pre-doctoral interns, externs, and practicum students
  • Assist the Director of Clinical Services in coordinating clinical programs for the center
  • Provide quality control for the delivery of clinical services
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Psychology and licensed or licensed eligible
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing and implementing cognitive-behavioral interventions within the context of a treatment team process
  • At least two (2) years' experience as a mental health provider serving individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, brain injury, or complex needs
  • Supervisory experience with ability to support staff with empathy and flexibility
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary treatment team process
  • Excellent professional writing skills
