Position Overview:
HR Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager for a dynamic client in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality laboratory to ensure compliance with all business and customer specifications.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance in product evaluation and reporting.
- Supervise laboratory operations to guarantee that products adhere to all required quality standards, SOPs, and GMPs during testing.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish acceptable quality benchmarks and to draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures and testing protocols.
- Ensure meticulous execution of all procedures to minimize errors and surpass customer expectations.
- Evaluate quality control documentation for its effectiveness, precision, and relevance.
- Conduct random inspections and quality assessments to verify compliance with special requirements.
- Analyze quality control test outcomes and communicate findings to production management or staff.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline; Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing or supervising a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train personnel.
- Proficient in presenting information and addressing inquiries from management and inter-departmental staff.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, based on experience.
