**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Care Department, ensuring the efficient provision of high-quality health care services
* Develop and implement quality control activities, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical operations strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Recruit, train, and develop a team of respiratory therapists
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or minimum of seven years of clinical experience
* Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
* Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania
* Registered with the NBRC
* Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
