Responsibilities:
  • Follow physician's orders and provide skilled observation and care to clients
  • Assess clients' physical, mental, and psychosocial status and report any changes or abnormal findings
  • Provide teaching and education to clients and their families
  • Take and record vital signs and complete procedures and documentation
  • Work on-call, holiday, and weekend shifts on a rotating basis
Requirements:
  • LPN license in good standing
  • 6 months of experience as an LPN, preferred
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Valid Nebraska Driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies
