We are seeking a skilled Demolition Laborer to join our team at Perpetual Labor Sourcing.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires physical labor, attention to safety protocols, and teamwork to ensure the successful completion of demolition projects.

Responsibilities
  • Demolition Work: Perform manual demolition tasks such as dismantling structures, removing fixtures, and breaking down materials using hand tools and power equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing demolition sites by securing safety barriers, removing obstacles, and implementing safety measures.
  • Material Handling: Safely handle and dispose of demolition debris, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Tool Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery effectively and safely.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other demolition team members, contractors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in construction or demolition work is advantageous but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Salary and Benefits
