Job Overview

This contract position offers 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, with a guaranteed shift schedule. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Senior Physical Therapist in SNF/LTC settings
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive pay package, including a salary of $**110,000** per year, plus benefits such as mileage reimbursement, CEU reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance coverage.
