About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Ski Butlers. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for upholding our customer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of ski and snowboard rentals to customers
  • Lead a team of ski technicians to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
