Educational Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 8 years of pertinent experience.

  • A Doctoral degree with 4 years of applicable experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, will be considered for those who have completed specific military training courses or have participated in recognized military programs.
  • Degrees should be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a closely related technical discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • Candidates must have experience in signals analysis, particularly in communications signals, including bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
  • Familiarity with the physical layer of the OSI model and knowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is essential.
