**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and identifying the needs of our client's organization and stakeholders, and overseeing complex sourcing IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate and identify the needs of the organization and stakeholders, and oversee complex sourcing IT projects.
  • Define clear and specific requirements for equipment and services required; research suppliers and direct the sourcing process.
  • Implement necessary processes and procedures to ensure effective and fair procurement practice within the organization.
  • Manage staff and ensure project timelines and departmental goals are met.
  • Identify needs and reduce unwanted product/service demand.
  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a supplier database.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 4 years in a related area as an individual contributor and minimum 2 years of related supervisory experience.
  • Experience with IT contracts is preferred.
  • Experience negotiating pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and proficient with Procurement tools and procure-to-pay and sourcing processes.
  • Knowledge of data centers, MSPs, IT security, and cloud storage is a plus.
