You will be expected to deliver exceptional in-house support while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Adhering to established safety protocols and environmental standards is essential, as is compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing advanced automated production machinery.
- Identifying the root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Providing maintenance support for automation-related challenges.
- Rewiring and troubleshooting high-speed automated systems.
- Utilizing SAP for documenting and tracking maintenance activities.
- Acting as a technical resource for complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Updating and maintaining all automation-related documentation.
- Possessing 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with HMI systems, particularly Rockwell Factory Talk View ME/SE or Inductive Automation Ignition.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, and PLC maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adopt and share best practices.
- Commitment to following safety and quality procedures.
