Job Description

Williams Company Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall management direction to multiple projects, establishing project objectives and policies, and managing all construction and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with prime client contracts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage project document workflow, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor/vendor submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and schedule status.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
