**About the Role:**

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Case Manager to join our Appeals Operations Group within Member Services.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to identify workflow issues and accomplishments, ensuring that due process standards are met in Medicaid appeals.

About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Legal Case Manager who can foster cohesive working relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and exercise sound judgment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload to meet specific time frames and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain a high-volume caseload while adhering to timeliness standards and conducting due process reviews.
  • Assist in achieving a high-performing and positive work environment that promotes the TennCare Mission.
  • Daily review appeals for potential resolution within policy guidelines, making outreach when necessary.
  • Conduct outreach to explain state actions related to TennCare Medicaid programs and coordinate with other staff for prompt appeal resolution.
  • Research appeal cases, document notes, and navigate TEDS.

Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business administration, management, public health, health policy, paralegal, or legal assistant studies) and 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to foster and maintain cohesive working relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, multi-tasking, and managing workload to meet specific time frames and deadlines.
  • Advanced writing and communication skills.

Novalink Solutions LLC offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
