Role Responsibilities

The Social Media Marketing Manager excels in spearheading social media initiatives within a vibrant organization and possesses extensive experience in social media management—from developing strategic plans to executing projects and managing the voices behind the platforms. The ideal candidate operates with urgency, adapting to the fast-paced nature of social media and our dynamic production environment. This individual is a creative thinker, innovative yet practical, capable of building initiatives from the ground up, navigating through uncertainty, communicating effectively, and maintaining a clear vision throughout editorial transitions.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to shape the social media content strategy for both Fitness+ and its trainers, influencing the comprehensive social media approach from inception to execution, while delivering engaging and informative content that enhances customer awareness and interaction. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing the performance of all social media content and campaigns to assess impact and propose new strategies for improved effectiveness.

  • Ability to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in social media.
  • Experience in a production studio environment or with fitness-related products is advantageous.
