Responsibilities:- Meet studio sales revenue goals
- Execute daily sales lead follow up activity per targets
- Sell memberships to leads who come in for a demo workout
- Visit local businesses and community organizations to develop relationships and setup events to generate brand awareness and leads
- Contribute to marketing and studio social media efforts
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Reliable transportation to drive around and establish business partnerships and attend events
- Ability to lift 50+lbs as event setups involve setting up tables and a tent
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
- Compensation will be majority commission based on new memberships sold
- Willing and able to some evenings and occasional weekends as events are planned
- Calls to leads and follow up activities may be done remotely. Events must be staffed at the event location and lead in-person demo workouts are to be done and memberships sold in-studio
- Must have reliable car transportation to offsite events and normal trips to establish business partnerships
