Job Summary

Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and serve guests during banquet functions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist the Banquet Captain in setting up and breaking down banquet functions, including coffee breaks and receptions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to food and beverage service, including cash handling and guest check procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
