This is a full-time non-exempt position, with regular hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and three years of secretarial/clerical/data entry experience, with a preference for experience in a non-profit setting.

The Data Specialist will be responsible for conducting a full array of data entry duties, including entering, collecting, and reviewing data, and generating and maintaining program forms and literature. The successful candidate will also be able to design graphs, charts, and forms, and have experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Spreadsheets.

The Data Specialist will work closely with the Program Manager and Developmental Specialists to ensure the efficient operation of the program. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with staff and have excellent attention to detail.
