Core Functions:
- Manage geographical expansion projects, overseeing the design and execution phases, including contractor coordination and operational readiness.
- Provide commercial support by developing and nurturing processes and products, participating in customer interactions and project management activities.

- Assist in the integration of new business acquisitions, supporting leadership in selection and assimilation processes.
- Lead large-scale, globally-oriented projects, identifying capital requirements to implement cutting-edge technology and processing solutions.

- Offer support for ERP and software systems, contributing to platform selection, integration, and development efforts.

- Streamline business systems by identifying and addressing process bottlenecks in collaboration with global engineering and site teams.

- Spearhead process improvement initiatives on production lines, working closely with suppliers and internal design teams.

- Provide manufacturing engineering support by developing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and maintenance guidelines for production equipment.

- Author and execute validation protocols and reports for new equipment or upgrades, adhering to ISO 13485 standards.

- Drive cost-saving initiatives by collaborating with operations to identify waste reduction opportunities and enhance productivity.

- Review manufacturing specifications to ensure optimal efficiency in product design.

- Undertake additional projects that enhance Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Growth, and Morale (SQCDGM) across all sites.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a related role, with strong technical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of pneumatics, electrical controls, and PLC programming.

- Proficiency in electronic and information systems, data analysis, and manufacturing statistical concepts is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enterprise applications is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or related master’s degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with 2D and 3D CAD experience (AutoCAD and Solidworks preferred).
- Knowledge of cGMP, QSRs, and ISO 13485 standards.

Working Conditions:
- This position operates in a controlled manufacturing environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Various levels of gowning may be necessary.

Special Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
