Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mathematics Tutor to join our team at the University of Georgia. As a Mathematics Tutor, you will play a critical role in supporting students in their academic journey, providing guidance and assistance in understanding complex mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tutor students in mathematics, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including topics covered, student progress, and time spent.
  • Review course materials and prepare for tutoring sessions to ensure effective use of time.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations related to academic assistance.
  • Communicate with Math Lab Coordinator and academic counselors to ensure seamless support for students.
