A key role at EPM Scientific, the Director of Medical Education will lead the development and implementation of training programs for medical professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training strategies to enhance market development and innovation awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales training programs and materials.
- Ensure effective communication with sales and marketing leadership to align priorities and optimize training outcomes.
- Identify sales opportunities and adjust training programs to address gaps, continuously tracking their effectiveness.
- Manage customer educational initiatives and oversee new product launch training while maintaining budgetary constraints and resource efficiency.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Clinical/Medical Education/Sales Training.
- More than 5 years of experience in people management.
- Required experience with Class 3 medical devices.
- BS/BA degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Ability to assess comprehension and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Strong teaching and leadership skills, adaptable to various learning styles, especially for adults.
