Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and organized front of house area, and supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a smile, taking orders accurately, and checking on customers during their meal.
  • Ensure the front of house area is clean and organized, creating a pleasant environment for customers.
  • Prepare smoothies and acai bowls to the highest standard.
  • Restock front of house grab and go items as needed.
  • Check the quality of all food coming out of the kitchen.
  • Support the kitchen team during slower periods, especially during early morning and mid-afternoon.
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work at least 25 hours a week, especially Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Must be able to remain calm and composed during times of stress.
  • A passion for a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
