We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RHA Health Services.
About the Role:As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing psychotropic medications for our clients, conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, and providing follow-up visits for medication evaluation and management.
Responsibilities:- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Manage psychotropic medications for clients
- Participate in regulated supervision and consult with staff
- Order lab work as necessary
- Meet minimum requirements of 2 hours bi-weekly or 4 hours monthly
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse in the state of PA
- Certified at the national level by American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner
- Familiarity with standards of practice for position and regulations
- Preferred 3 years experience working in behavioral health care
