Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled JTLS/JCATS Instructor/Controller to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting military training during simulation-driven exercises for the Korea Battle Simulation Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support military training during JTLS/JCATS simulation-driven exercises for the Korea Battle Simulation Center.
  • Responsible for instructing and overseeing military personnel operators.
  • Convert military orders into sound tactical simulation actions and correctly report outcomes as needed.
  • Provide initial and refresher training to military personnel.
Requirements
  • Must have a strong understanding of joint, combined, and coalition civil-military operations at the tactical and operational level.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and able to perform tasks under pressure.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of transporting and lifting 50-pound boxes of documents and equipment.
  • Able to travel unaccompanied to distant off-site training locations in OCONUS and CONUS.
  • Must be able to obtain SOFA status in Korea.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Clearance: Secret clearance is required.
