**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless transitions for guests.
  • Load and unload luggage carts with care, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Escort guests to rooms, familiarizing them with hotel services and amenities, including hours of operation and available facilities.
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and supplies are adequate.
  • Explain features of the room, including operation of radio, telephone, television, and in-room amenities.
  • Check and store luggage for arrivals and departures, using luggage tags as required.
  • Deliver messages and notes to meeting rooms and guest rooms as needed.
  • Deliver flowers, laundry, packages, and amenities to guest rooms upon request.
  • Operate shuttle service to and from condos and local area restaurants, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Log and turn in charges and baggage pulls as required, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Customer service driven work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Valid driver's license, meeting all requirements set in the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
