Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health screenings and provide medical services to employees, including blood draws, vision screenings, and audiometry testing.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address workplace health and safety concerns.
  • Provide education and training on workplace health and safety topics, including ergonomics, hazardous materials, and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of employee health and safety data.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to employee health and safety.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on workplace health and safety issues.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Phlebotomy skills and experience with blood draws.
  • Experience with health and wellness programs and employee health services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience with health and wellness events and program development.
Work Schedule

80 hours bi-weekly, 2nd shift.
