About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Security Operations Manager to join our team at Edgeworth Security in San Francisco Bay Area, California. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing large-scale security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will oversee project progression, including design, permits, material delivery, labor planning, field installation, and job progress meetings as required.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, letters of transmittal, permits, change orders, final closeout requirements, and financial status updates.
  • Effectively communicate project progress and resolve issues with minimal escalation.
  • Analyze and prepare complex billings, including detailed schedule values, within project scope to maintain a positive cash flow.
  • Develop and recognize Change Orders, provide in-house estimating and proposals as needed, and interpret complex construction documents and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in onsite and remote meetings to review ongoing projects, forecast project workforce demands, and understand industry-standard project management procedures.

Requirements

  • You must have 5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum High School Diploma/GED; an undergraduate degree is highly sought after. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be energetic, self-motivated, dependable, and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in the construction field or knowledge of the fire alarm/security industry is beneficial.
  • You must be physically able to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in confined spaces.
